Voice licence terms

Use is limited to the named customer, voice, purposes, duration and volume in the signed licence. No resale or transfer without permission.

Allowed uses: customer service, transport, public services, accessibility, games, museums, tourism and e-learning, as agreed in writing.

Banned uses: political advertising, impersonation, scams, adult content and defamation. No non-consenting person may be cloned.

A takedown stops new generation and sample playback immediately. Existing delivered recordings, cancellation and refund rights must be specified in the reviewed customer licence.

No end-user voice recordings are stored. Written requests and metering records are separate. Prices, VAT, rights and remedies must be agreed before a sale.
