Privacy notice
Last updated 10 October 2026
This notice explains how One Fleet Technologies Ltd ("we", "us"), the owner of Dixi Voice, uses personal data when you visit this website or try the demos. Dixi Voice is built by Quinn Labs for One Fleet Technologies Ltd. We are the data controller under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Pilot and call enquiries: your name, email, company, sector, message and any referral code or "referred by" name.
- Demo activity: the text of what you said or typed to a demo, and the action taken (for example "accepted job"). We keep the words, not recordings of your voice.
- Private Lab testing (invited testers only): feedback answers, optional name, role and email, and records you choose to create, which may include device time, location (if you allow it), photos or videos.
- Technical data: basic server logs needed to run and secure the site.
Your voice
When you tap the microphone, your browser's own speech recognition turns speech into text. Depending on your browser, this may be processed by your browser provider (for example Google or Apple) under their privacy terms. In the private Lab only, some tests send audio to ElevenLabs to transcribe it; the audio is not stored by us. Spoken replies are made by sending the reply text to ElevenLabs. Some demos send your words as text to an AI service to understand the request.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
- Answering enquiries and arranging pilots: our legitimate interests, and steps before a possible contract.
- Running and improving the demos and keeping them secure: our legitimate interests.
- Location, photos and videos in Lab demos: only when you choose to share them.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Please do not enter sensitive information, or anyone else's personal or health information, into the demos.
No audio is stored
We do not keep recordings of your voice. Speech is turned into text, and only the text is kept where described above.
Who processes data for us
- Voice: ElevenLabs – turns reply text into speech and, in the private Lab only, transcribes some test audio.
- AI processing: an AI service that reads the text of a request to understand it.
- Hosting: our website hosting, database and storage provider.
They act on our instructions. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on UK-approved safeguards such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and early-access requests: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless we start working together.
- Demo activity logs and Lab records: up to 12 months.
- Referral codes saved in your browser: 90 days.
- Voice audio: not stored.
