Terms of use

Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Dixi Voice website and demos. The site and Dixi Voice are owned by One Fleet Technologies Ltd and built by Quinn Labs. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Demos only

Every demo uses fictional businesses, products, prices, addresses and people. Nothing is bought, booked, paid for, sent or reported for real. Any resemblance to a real business is unintended. Brand names shown in partner-style demos are illustrations only and do not mean that business endorses or works with us.

Not for real-world decisions

Do not rely on the demos for driving, safety, emergency, medical, legal or financial decisions. Never use a phone in a way that breaks the law while driving. In an emergency, call 999. The home help demo is not a substitute for a qualified electrician or gas engineer. The Inclusive Voice Lab is design research, not a clinical or therapy tool.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or get around its security, no unlawful or abusive content, and no other people's personal or health information. Private Lab passwords are for invited testers only and must not be shared.

Intellectual property

The Dixi Voice name, design, text and software belong to One Fleet Technologies Ltd or its licensors. Photographs are used under their licences (see Photo credits). You may not copy or reuse the site or demos without written permission.

Pilots

Prices shown, such as the 4-week pilot, are a guide. Any pilot or paid work is covered by a separate written agreement.

Liability

The site and demos are provided "as is" and may change or be unavailable at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the demos. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
