Terms

• Reports are opinions. A report is what someone saw at one moment. It is not a verified claim that anyone has broken a rule.
• No company names until verified. We don't name the company doing the works publicly until a council has verified the case.
• Only report when safe. Hands-free or when parked. Never use your phone while driving.
• Be fair. No abuse and no naming or identifying people. We hold or remove reports that do.
• Your photos. Only add photos you took. You let us share the blurred photo with the council as evidence.
• Permit data. Permit matching may be incomplete or out of date. Example permit data is used while we set up live data.
• No guarantee. Councils decide what action to take. We can't promise any outcome.
