What we keep

• The text of your report (what you said), the time and the pinned location.
• A photo only if you add one. We remove its hidden location data and blur faces and number plates before it is stored privately.
• Your email only if you give it, used only for updates on your report. It is never shown.
• A scrambled code made from your internet address, kept for one day, to stop spam.

What we never keep

Audio. Speech is turned into text and the recording is not stored. Your browser's speech recognition may send audio to its provider (for example Google) to do that.

What is shown publicly

Only the road, the type of problem, how many reports, the times and the permit status. Never who reported it, and never a company name until a council has verified the case.

Who sees more

Councils on a pilot can see the reports' text and blurred photos for their area. We don't sell data or show ads.

Your rights

Ask us to delete your report or email any time: matt@dixivoice.com. Data is stored in the EU (Ireland).
